Well, if someone used them to make money, yes, but these are strictly for use in digital graphics.
Signatures can be uploaded on Wikipedia, too, so I cannot imagine it could be illegal.

Out of curiosity, do you have a vector of that? You can render it if you do at larger dimensions.

Copying/tracing a signature seems wrong, I wouldn't want mine traced even if it's for fun or whatever.

Photoshop, I used the pen tool to cut it out then just used the brush tool on a new layer with the selection I made.
