I have no problem with the guy wearing a Canes jersey on his album cover. Not a fan of the team suing him over that. But even though he's no longer claiming it's an official team song, the fact that he sued the team over not listing the songs name and artist whenever it's played at games has me backing the team. That's about as egotistical as it can get.

He's not even showing the logo - he is showing the back of the jersey. It seems to me if he was indeed showing the front of the jersey, that would be the real problem.
