Trade Daley to somewhere for a pick or prospect, replace him with Vish/Woywitka.
That would be a mistake.
He's already solid in the defensive zone, and he's finally going to play under a coach who will let him explore his offensive abilities. He's going to be 26 years old, and he's poised for a breakout season under Huddy.
If he doesn't show up this year, then maybe you consider moving him.
Besides, Trevor Daley was ranked 22nd in the entire league at ES scoring (FYI: Niskanen is tied for 15th). The guy gets almost no PP time, but he's producing like a top defenseman at ES.
It's crazy that Robidas is playing 3:56 a game on the PP when Dallas' most productive offensive defenseman are playing 2:33 (Niskanen) and 1:21 (Daley). Niskanen scored more PP points in a little over half the time.
