Kristie, I have never started a league, but if you have any questions pm and I will try to answer them the best I can.
Just thought Id share---finished up the insulation on teh back side of the house. Previous owners had almost zero insulation up there and the result is a cold first floor. Easy to do, but miserable job----especially since Im 6'4"
The Jets are a ****ing joke and are still the same old Jets. The Isles are a joke because they have no clue how to win a ****ing game. I read in one of the GDT's that the Isles were going to light up Nabby. Well, the only thing the Isles are going to light up this ****ing year is their Christmas trees. ****.

Thank God for the Yankees!
Sorry Fanatic, I shouldn't laugh at you but you sound just like my father.
He's sworn off the Jets, I said yea right. That won't happen, I just know to rescue my mother from their house on Sundays.

I kept saying last night I hope they ****ing finish 3-13 those mother****ers and my wife kept laughing at me. Brtual to be a STEJ fan, just brutal. Kind of like being an isles fan!

At least the Jets have SOMETHING to look forward to. At least there is a small light at the end of the tunnel. Isles? This "rebuild" has no chance of working. If Neil Smith were still GM and he was given full power on building the team, I would change my tune. But Wang/Snow will NEVER build a good team. Keep piling up the picks all you want... it's never gonna work. We all wanted JT. He's here now. We are 0-6. We may actually be WORSE than last year. **** the Isles. Seriously. **** em.

Can't argue with us being worse than last year. This team is just not good.

It actually seemed IMPOSSIBLE for us to be worse than last year. If you look at things on paper... this team SHOULD be better than last year. I was actually thinking anywhere from 72-75 points this year. The only guys we lost from last year are Andy Hilbert, Macdonald and Danis. We replaced those guys with JT, Rolo and Biron. Those are astronomical improvements when you go player for player. I don't understand how we look worse. But leave it to the Isles to pull something like that off.

Also as a Isles/Yanks/Jets fan, I feel your pain, but not your sentiments 100%.
The Isles are still young and more importantly are only done with GAME 6 of the season! We are done with 7.3% of the season! It might not be a post season bid, but i really thought we would be better than a bottom 5-6 team. I stay with that
Sanchez and now the defense are all the Jets woes. They would have won one of the last 2 games with a few plays here and there. Sanchez just needs to stop forcing the ball and trying to make a play. He needs to take a sack or two and regain composure.
Yanks well its 4-4 top of the 8th. Up 2-0 with a team with HR a plenty and the best closer (still in the business, IMHO)

6 Games Twine, 6 games. Tavares is still a rookie.
Biron and Rolo, well that's another story.
good to have you back Twine
The Jets and Isles have one remarkable similarity it seems: fanbases who expected 100% green rookies to step in and lead them to the promise land in year one. Don't get me wrong, I was literally sick to my stomach after losing in OT yesterday, and every game that goes by leaving that 0 remaining in the W column leaves me drained, but I think everyone needs to calm down a bit.
Gotta read Botta's interview with Pat dapuzzo about the skate that ended his career. man oh man it brought me to tears reading what he went through and how proud he was of his job and being an NHL linesman.
