You've got a lot of questionmarks at RB, but no depth at WR. I'd pick up one of Harvin, Nicks or Maclin
10 team standard ESPN league, picked 8th out of 10.
QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Pierre Thomas
RB: Kevin Smith
RB/WR: Vincent Jackson
WR: Calvin Johnson
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
TE: Zach Miller
D/ST: Packers D/ST
K: John Carney
BE: Lendale White
BE: Ahmad Bradshaw
BE: Anthony Gonzalez
BE: Lance Moore
BE: Ted Ginn Jr.
BE: Matt Hasselbeck
BE: Sammy Morris.
I know my RB's aren't the best, but with my depth at WR I'm hoping to trade perhaps one of Fitzgerald/Calvin Johnson for a top 7 RB.
Im trying to decide whether or not to make this trade ive been working on with a guy in my league....
He gets:
Jake Delhomme- Car, QB, 463 Fantasy Pts last year, 15 TDs, 12 INTs, 3288 yards
Mason Crosby- GB, K, 146 Fantasy Pts last year, 27FGM
I get:
Jason Campbell- Was, QB, 548 Fantasy Pts last year, 13 TDs, 6 INTs, 3245 yards
Jason Elam- AtL, K, 141 Fantasy Pts last year, 29 FGM
Basically, Delhomme is currently behind Brady, McNabb and Warner on my QB depth chart....so Campbell would basically be an upgrade over Delhomme in case i need to use him for some reason.
When it comes to the kicking sitatuation, i would likely drop Jason Elam and sign John Carney from the Saints. Carney had more fantasy points last year and plays on a better offensive team.
Overall, do you think Campbell is an upgrade over Delhomme?
If you're only playing 1 QB per week you don't need 4 QBs on your roster. I personally never go with more than 2 (Brees/Rivers and E. Manning are a combination I like), and I like Crosby to have a big year.
Cambell is probably an upgrade if you really feel like it might come down to it, but Elam is a downgrade IMO.
Kicker's are never going to make or break your team--they're a dime a dozen. I keep one on my roster, switch them up with a free agent if I think it's worth it, drop the guy I have when they hit the bye and pick up someone else, etc. It's not unusual for me use 5 or 6 different kickers over the course of a season.

I play 2 QBs a week...and i drafted 4 starters, basically to use as trade bait once injuries happen to others as well as me....i also stacked up on RB's in the same fashion.
The trade has now been rescinded by him....because he decided to drop Campbell for Mark Sanchez .
Anyone else think i should drop Delhomme and add Campbell?
Just had my draft at my buddies a few days ago. I'm not sure about it yet, but I'm leaning towards being happy about it. 12 team league, standard scoring. I drafted 12th:

Drafted a 10 team PPR league on ESPN a little while ago. You guys got any thoughts on moves I should try and make. I am pretty happy with my team though overall and was quite happy to get Westbrook in the 3rd round. PPR league that also has 1 point for every 25 return yards.

WTF? How the hell did he slip that far?
As for whether you need to make any moves. Yes you do. Just make sure you do your lineups every week and you'll be right. It's ESPN.
Not sure. I was quite surprised myself. Some people auto picked and maybe they showed priority to others (on ESPN you can set an autopick strategy so that it takes a certain position per round).

I am pretty much holding onto my team right now. I got some old RB's but the team itself is stacked IMO. I like Washington this year.
QB: D. Brees, D. Garrard
RB: F. Gore, M. Barber, W. Parker, C. Williams, A. Bradshaw, J. Davis
WR: R. Wayne, M. Coulston, B. Edwards, S. Holmes, E. Royal
TE: C. Cooley
K. R. Bironas
D/ST: Giants
What do you guys think? Where should I look to improve? More pressing, who should I start this week given 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 Flex?

Love the depth at RB. 5 guys that should be good fantasy-wise this year.
Quite weak at WR. Also, lacking depth at QB. Manning isnt an amazing fantasy grab...and match that with a rookie on a mediocre team as your backup...i dunno. If theres trades in your league, i would move a RB for another option at QB.

I plan on trading a RB for WR at some point.
I just don't believe in taking QB's high in fantasy football. Their point values are pretty close all the way around, and I thought value at TE and RB was more important.
trying to make a decision for my flex this week. I'm in a 2QB, standard scoring league (not ppr, 4pt for qb pass td).
I'm starting:
QB: Warner
QB: Ryan
RB: DeAngelo Williams
RB: Jacobs
WR: Calvin Johnson
WR: Roddy White
+TE, DST, and K
for my flex, i have to choose between Darren Macfadden (vs SD), Bernard Berian (@cle), Hines Ward (vs TEN), or a waiver pickup (i have put claims in for M. Bell of NO and F. Jackson of BUF, and i will get one of them.)
i am seriously considering starting Bell if i get him, because Pierre Thomas is out/limited and reggie bush is no goal-line threat. Also, my opponent for week one is riding on drew brees and marquis colston, so this could counter that well.

Dump Crabtree, rookie wideouts rarely produce big numbers to begin with and with the stunt he has pulled this year he is probably gonna be next to worthless
QB - Matt Ryan
RB - LaDainian Tomlinson
RB - Chris Johnson
WR - Wes Welker
WR - Calvin Johnson
WR - Bernard Berrian
TE - Visanthe Shiancoe
Flex - Leon Washington (RB)
K - Mason Crosby
DST - NYG
Bench
QB - Carson Palmer
QB - Kyle Orton
RB - Jonathan Stewart
WR - Steve Breaston
WR - Nate Washington
TE - Tony Scheffler
K - Jeff Reed
DST - Washington
This is my first fantasy football draft so any helpful insight or thoughts on my team would be awesome.

Do what you can to get Darren Sproles. You want him if you have LT. I am not really big on holding a backup kicker, or defense for that matter. Plus I don't usually hold 3 QBs. But I really like LEon Washington this year.

Yeah, Crabtree isn't worth a roster spot at this point. Even if he does sign and try and come in to play he is a rookie who isn't up to speed and hasn't developed any chemistry with Hill yet. Plus they are a run heavy offense which won't see the ball thrown around too much. Actually Gore and Coffee should be pretty valuable this year since Hill seems to check down and pass to the RB a fair amount.
