Shadow of the Colossus in it's entirety.

The two witches in the desert temple from Ocarina of Time.

That one was really epic, I only wish it was harder, he was pretty much a push-over.

He's pretty easy if you come prepared. If you know to always have someone with Life3, and you have a lot of good all-target magics while you're climbing his tree, you can get it done pretty safely.

I got one, I got one! Sabrina Ladha in the Stanley Cup Finals in NHL 09. That **** was a thorn in my side every year.

Horrible choices. Mehrunes Dagon you don't even fight.

Saren is very standard.

i might be the only one, but i really really liked rex vs ray in mgs4. probably my favorite boss fight once i got used to the mech controls. really made me miss zone of enders. i wish kojima went back to zone of enders after mgs4. those games were so good.

Jecht from FFX (maybe I wasn't prepared enough but extremely challenging for a FF game, great story to it, and heavy metal in an RPG?!)

All Shadow of the Collossus bosses

The Boss from MGS3 (loved this one, required good timing and the music was intense)

It took me about a month to beat this one, because the situation requires blowing most of your sand tanks in order to get to them and having to evade like crazy to expose their weaknesses

Hardest boss that I can remember on SNES. Could NEVER beat him without spamming high kick on easy mode.

Not hard at all, really, but I'm a sucker for good dialogue.

The huge like 20 story tall monster in Resistance 2 was a pretty sweet boss fight.

Giygas from Earthbound is memorable for its utter creepiness and 8-bit thrash metal music.
