eriksson is a butterfly goalie with decent size. pretty quick and agile. i think he's a real sleeper. i wouldn't rank him much behind markström in talent. and both know each other well.
eriksson will start in leksand, allsvenskan, this season behind a damn strong team. he could lead the team to elitserien promotion after all, so it should be a good experience.
in short: i'd say he's got the talent to develop into an elite goalie IF everything works out well which is always a gamble with goalies. and the flyers aren't really a goalie friendly team. that's a bit of a concern.
I'd say that if he works on his timing and stops trying to play the puck he can be a really good goalie. His weird decisions on when to play the puck are often the beginning of his slumps, he just has no idea what to do with it. He hasn't really had mentorship in Timrå either. Lundqvist had Norrena to teach him when to play the puck and when not too, which was a big reason for Lundqvist to be pretty reluctant to play the puck since it is not one of his HUGE strengths.
