My wife and I are so pissed. We were supposed to go to the Perch festival up on Lake Erie today, but our friends we were going with are ill. We would have come down to the Ice House had we not had plans.

I have to work tomorrow. Grrr....

Well, he has to start sometime. How would you propose he become not a rookie?

In all seriousness, I'm sure many will speculate on it, but unless he not only continues but starts exceeding these kinds of performances, then maybe he might get a brief glance. We have proof of this sort of thing with Russell, after all; no need to repeat it.

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

McConnell's offense controlled the puck a good portion of the game, but Crane's superior D kept them in check. Crane's D also had some great breakout passes leading to breakaways. Moore is a beast. The goal he assisted on was a result of him driving to the net, drawing the D then finding Brassard who found an even more open Dorsett.

Mason played both halves. Gave up 3 goals and 2 shootout goals.
LaCosta played the first half gave up one goal.
Loverock played the 2nd half only gave up one shootout goal.

Voratov looks good. Working really well together.

Dunno if Blunden is hurt or just out of shape. Every stride seems like an effort.

Mayorov looks bigger and faster.

I love D-Mac, he's one of my favorite Crunchies but he does not belong between Juice and Nash.

Mentioned that Jake and Nik working well together but now I wonder... Filatov is totally zoning in on Voracek basically staring at him the entire time he has the puck. I know he wants to be ready for the pass but I wonder about his situational awareness.

Methot with a hard cross ice pass at center ice springing Tanski who scores on Lalande. 1-0 Pizzuti.

End of first. Lalande didn't play poorly but was facing a shooting gallery.

Russ got caght pinching several times leading to 2 on 1s.
