Don Waddell said Angelo will definitely be brought up to play for Atlanta this year, without question. He'll be in the lineup full time replacing White eventually.

...?

Atlanta has a pretty good forward group this year, in case you hadn't noticed. Kovalchuk, Antropov, Kozlov, Little, White, Armstrong, plus you never know what Peverley's going to do, and Afinogenov should carve himself out a niche in their offense. There's no place for Esposito to play.

Not really. He's better served getting top line minutes in the AHL then spending time on the 4th line in the NHL. Manchester's top line should be decent.

How did Loktionov, at 19 years old and being a CHL player, get assigned to Manchester?

A player drafted by an NHL club before being selected in the CHL Import Draft can be assigned to the AHL during their junior eligibility.

Thanks. That's what I figured, but I was unsure.

Stoa has looked slow at times during camp and isn't using his body enough. The Avs LW depth is pretty bad, I imagine he'll be recalled sometime during the season.

Does the "9 Game Tryout" rule have to be the first 9 games of the season, or can that tryout be any 9 nines games (consecutive or not)?

Any 9 games. Games where the prospect is scratched do not count.
