I really need to start betting against the Oilers using real money.

Anyway I don't feel sorry for anyone. Stop going to the games and paying for stuff.

As for the players, way to wake up with 5 minutes left in the game. We knew you clowns weren't going to tie it. Why can't you play that way for more time?

Oh right because when you score first you coast until the game is inevitably tied.

GTFO, players, coaches, management, everyone.

...Except Hendricks. You're okay.

The Oilers reminded me of this tag line. Somebody could do a nice photoshop too...(Lowe vs MacT/Eakins/Katz/fans)

Canuck fan stepping in.

I feel bad for the fans in Edmonton. Maybe the first couple of years were funny, but now it's at a stage where we should see some improvement.

I think that there's a huge problem with the lack of playing as a team. Even Eberle, as amazing as he is with the puck, I just don't see any teamwork with this team..

You have future Olympians on this team, but it's yet to come together. I firmly believe that you have a future with some of the defensive prospects; Marincin, Klefbom, Nurse (whom I'm not the biggest fan of) and possibly Ekblad - to go along with Ference + another veteran.

I think that was possibly my most all over the place posts, but I could rant about the Oilers for a while.. I really hope that this team improves. The tier 2 fans deserve it.

Yeah, our winger depth was pretty bad this game. It was just Smyth and Jones getting extra minutes.

But when he sucks, or costs the team goals (like Arcobello did tonight) there are three new threads and more posts than anyone with a job has time to read. Such an obvious agenda.

It bears repeating how soft Arcobello was on the first goal. On the second he was just stupid so I guess that's more forgivable.

They will take 2 or 3 years to retool while the Oilers will be "what has it been 11 years already."

No, the first couple of years was kinda exciting getting Hall & RNH and seeing Eberle go beast but now it's kinda funny.

They will be exhausted. I hope they step it up at the bar tonight to make up for it.

Why? He's as hit and miss as the rest of them. When he wants to play, he's pretty good, but he disappears and is absent for too much of the game. That's why he wasn't a serious consideration for the Oly team.

I think I just watched my last Oilers game of the season......I have not missed a game I could watch since 84..... I just can't support this excuse of a team anymore....if I want to watch players falling all over the ice, no physical play, skating in circles and puck watching I can go watch some novice games.......I will not watch another game until this team is a .500 team again......which won't happen until next year......can't believe it has come to this.....but Oilers hockey is no longer entertainment but more frustration
