Your teams radio announcers are actually pretty entertaining. Good job.

Regardless of this game outcome, Jacket fans need to understand how good our radio play by play man George Matthews is. He is the best in the league...bar none.

Where did you hear that Boll was in the doghouse? I've been told and am under the impression that Hitch plans on having Boll in the lineup a lot again this season.

I hope not. We have too many talented wingers to be wasting a spot with Boll (except when needed against teams who fight a lot).

It's gonna be Boll's year. Write that down. He won't disappoint me.

Agreed. We don't need guys like him who can't pass, score, or skate without falling in the lineup every night.

I never heard that, I'm telling you that... I think I tried to say Boll was not at fault, it's a simple matter of better players... you know, like in why Shelley was shipped out?

I just can't sit our more skilled wingers for him. We have guys proving they have skill and can score. I would much rather have them out there, unless a fighter is needed, than Boll.

Straight from Portzline, so take it for whatever you think its worth,..

"The plans are for Boll to be a regular. Hitchcock wants to keep him and Dorsett on the same line."

To be fair to Portzline, he did say after that..."With the glut of forwards they will need to keep their play up"... which seems like a pretty obvious statement though.

Personally I like the idea of those two creating havoc on the fourth line. And I think some people will be surprised that Boll is in the lineup more regularly than they might hope. We'll see though.

My thoughts exactly. Wouldn't mind seeing Boll-Blunden-Dorsett either.

At the risk of hurting Couger's feelings, Boll brings less to the game than Shelley. Boll is a light weight figher and not much more. I actually like Boll but I like the Stanley Cup more...
