Hockeys back: Awesome.
13 goals scored: Über-awesome.
Krüger & Josefson: Massively über-awesome.
Defensive play: Less awesome?
Tedenbys 6 minutes of ice time: Decidedly not awesome.
I'm pumped, got my tickets for the Modo game and this was a good start to the season even if it was eventually a loss. This team won't be missing Bremberg one bit.
Very unimpressed by HV71's coach not to play Tedenby to his potential. He's on the third line but receiving bottom fourth line minutes? Mannn... a part of me just wishes he would bolt to NJ during this season.
Krugers 5points in the season opener was without a doubt the great surprise of the first round. 5points is crazy. Not even anyone who would claim he already knew Krugers potential can honestly say that this kind of production was to be reasonably expected from him. It will be interesting to follow him.
I expect Krüger to finish with about 212 pts this season, he'll miss some games due to the WJC and possibly be a bit worn out after playing 45 minutes a game in the Olympics.

at least once thing we learned yesterday: foppa can try as much as he want, he will never be better than krüger.
LHC @ SSK 1 - 2 WOHOOOOO! Södertäljes Canadians save the day, along, obviously, with Bjurling in goal, who was money as always
Always? Didn´t see the game today, but a svp at 75%? And IMHO, if SSK is going to have a chance to avoid kvalserien, Bjurling sure as hell has to step up bigtime. He´s a capaple goalie but is he good enough?
Södertälje should be embarrassed by that performance. Their defense looked completely unorganized, like they had all been out partying the night before.
Brynäs should have scored about five goals against Skelleftea today. Part of it was Dahlberg, but mostly just an inability to capitalize by Brynäs.
Ever heard of a 7-hour time difference? It can make following sports in another country a real *****.
No, I did not watch the game. I did watch the highlights, and I saw Brynäs miss three nets and then have Dahlberg shut them down on several good opportunities. If they could actually put the puck on net, they could have beaten Dahlberg several more times.
Not trying to say Dahlberg didn't play well, because he did, but Brynäs' offense is just awful. If this team scores 130 goals, I'll be shocked.
Anyone else pissed over the referees in the final minutes of the HV vs. Modo game? Did not watch the entire game so I may have missed some key situations that led up to the brawl but it's pathetic that HV manages to get Forsberg off the ice while not having to play with a two man disadvantage. It all starts with Laine who cross checks someone infront of the goal, then a Modo player goes in to protect his teammate and he gets cross checked too. Forsberg is last in and gets Ledin on him. I count two penalties for HV, none for Modo.
