Can't have year three without the real preseason #1... To much is being expected of him. He is focused on keeping the headcoach happy. Even Mayorov tonight looks like a guy lost, and he was getting rave's by many in a few of the first preseason games.

Out till the third to eat dinner...so it goes.

I feel so much more confident in Garon than I did with Doobie-Doobie-Do.

Boll needs to stop giving up the puck every time he touches it

True, you have to start somewhere. As for my expectations, all I want to see him do is compete in all zones and not hurt in the team when he's on the ice.

If he's not ready, he's not ready. Yes everyone has to start somewhere but if you aren't ready then you shouldn't be on the roster. Not when the team is competing for a playoff berth and every game matters.

All that said, turnovers by everyone, not just Filatov.

Please, do not send Calvert down. He is a great, great hustle player that can create havoc or goals.

Why won't Chara go with Sestito? Tommy challenged him earlier it looked like, then Chara gave him a little "elbow to the chin" after Sestito took down a Bruin and stayed on top of him. The big man needs to drop 'em if he is challenged.

It isn't just you. I love his energy out there, but he seems to be a little too overzealous at times, as he keeps falling down and sliding on the ice given how fast he goes after everything.

Plus, who let him have that number? I mean, really

I think it's the other way around. I sure know Chara doesn't have a problem fighting.

Chara destorys anyone he fights, Sestito would be wise to not go with him.

On the other hand, it would help make the roster cutting process a little easier...

Yeah it seemed like Chara was the one challenging Sestito to me. Chara didn't like how Sestito took down the Bruin and stayed on him. Chara gave him an elbow as if to say you wanna pick on someone go with me. Sestito was wise not to fight Chara who usually fares very well against anyone he fights.

Sestito was the one doing most of the barking, although the linesman and Boll were right there.

I figure Chara didn't want to waste time in the box just for some punching practice on an AHLer.
