Well a couple of players did say today that he had a lot of talent but questionable work ethic. If it comes from them, there has to be some truth in what the media is talking about. However, I don't like the rumours that they keep on trying to turn into the truth.
He's only 20 years old ( I think) and most people here think he's a 27 old year veteran..
the guy was on thin ice from last season .
so obviosuly theres a problem again this year(mis da bus) so something needs to change. He or the scenery, and as we seen in the past many players take the ride out of town instead
Because Habs fans - the majority of them - are incredibly stupid, impatient and just don't understand hockey.
So that's a new trend lately to insult Hab fans? Hey by the way, don't look, but your a Habs fan too or are you?
Some Hab fan should start a thread on the main board to insult Habs fans.....would be fun. At least it would take all the fun of the other fanbases who does it regularly.
Even for the most stupidest and dumb Habs fan, one thing is sure. We are waiting for better results. Even the dumbest are able to understand that we didn't reach the 3rd round in 15 years and are awaiting for that to happen. But we are impatient, what's 15 years in a century right?
I really hope that Sergei goes to Hamilton and gets back to the game that got him to the NHL in the first place. He's strayed drastically from his pass first, aggressive natured game that he picked up in London under Dale Hunter, to this skate around and lose the puck style, that is vaguely reminiscent of another Sergei who recently spent a short and very unproductive stint here. This Sergei, like his brother, has developed this horrible habit of holding on to the puck too long and ultimately losing it or maybe getting a shot on net. Wow, i wonder where they learnt this wonderful style of hockey from...? Ultimately i think sending him down was the right move because we don't need another player on this team that floats too much. Once he gets that out of his system, hopefully we'll see him back with the team. Neither Dago or Patches are better than him right now, it's just a question of him playing more of a team-first style.

will see what Sergei is made out of.
His brother spent alot of time in Hamilton he probably didnt want to, but fought thought it to stick here.
Exactly, his brother should be like "Suck it up, i had to." He hasn't played more than 22 games in the AHL whereas Andrei played almost 200 games over three years. Why Lats didn't play 1 game down there is still one of the biggest mysteries ever, i don't want to get into that right now...

Today on RDS one of the guys said he was surprised Pacioretty will be on the first line because he really thought Latendresse will get the spot because he has more experience..
