PS, I just saw the depth chart of Manchester, Trevor Lewis & Oscar Moller on the same line? Love it! I don't like Gabe Gauthier being the LW on that line, would much rather see Corey Elkins or someone else

It was worse than Quick's yesterday. At least Quick can say he was possibly screened a bit or that Jones might have deflected it; Bernier won't be able to come up with an excuse at all for this one.
Quick can say it was deflected or something, this was a harmless shot to the net from a horrible angle and Bernier just missed it with his blocker, so embarrassing, other than that bad goal, he's been very good
I got a chance to see some of the Monarchs games over the past few weeks and the guy who I was totally surprised at was Westgarth. He wasn't playing the normal enforcer role of, run around on the ice and hit someone, but was actually playing like a hockey player. Making moves, having puck control, keeping his head up looking for the pass. I'm not saying he is going to make it to the top-6 or even top-9 of a NHL team but I think if he gets another shot on the 4th line of the Kings we could end up with the rarest or rares. A enforcer that plays hockey.

Agreed. I've seen a few Monarchs game this year, and he is def. the most stand out player on the team this year (other then Bernier) His game is much improved. Smart guy, that Princeton educated went to good use. :-) I suspect him to win the the job for the 4th line wing next season for sure.

music to my ears, Ivanans will finally be goneeeee
Clune-Cliche-Westgarth as the 4th line in 2010-2011?
Clune-Lewis-Westgarth
I think Lewis is a RFA this year, I don't really know what his intentions are with him, but I know the kid has enough potential, he's really fast and if you put him on a line with 2 good players, he'll excel. Now I don't think his strength position is center, so I doubt you'd see this line next year, but at the starting of this year, he did center the 4th line for a couple of games until his injury.
Wondering when and who of our prospects will get a call to join the Monarchs; does a guy like Tuebert join the team right away since his junior team is out of it??
