What player will the Flyers miss the most in this series?

Due to all the freak injuries this year, we had to trade a few guys away. Some were fan favorites, one was not. My question is which player do you think the Flyers could really use in a series vs. New Jersey?

Tempted to agree with you. It never hurts to have extra veteran defensemen around though, so I picked Weinrich.

Weinrich is better then Malkov or Timmander in his own end, so that is why I think we would miss him the most.

I think Timander has been a pleasant surprise on our blue line, and still think he is playing better now than Weirich was before the trade.

He won't play. He's been out most of the season.

I would too. He's one of the few guys who always shoots it on the powerplay when he's got an open lane.

I put Vandy as he provided an edge that we will miss - yes I love Markov. I think Vandy was underrated here.
We have enough F depth to cover Willy, although I think he is the best player on that list. EW was awful the last month while here but would prefer him over Malakov - sorry he is just not very good. Comrie is a good O talent but would be very limited in this series too many D lapses and not big enough to handle the big lines of the Devs.

Though I agree that this team needs a physical blue liner, Under Hitch's system Mcgillis turned the puck over almost as much as Theiren. If you all remmember correctly, Mcgillis was traded because he could not make an outlet pass to save his life.
