Hockey's Future's ECHL All-21 and All-22 Teams

We knew at the end of the year we wanted to do some sort of wrap-up on ECHL prospects, pick the best of the best. We weren't sure quite how to do it, but decided that by age class is probably the best for our purposes and those of our readers.

This is the culmination of all the knowledge gained on ECHL prospects over the course of the season. I saw almost all of the selections play, all of the ones interviewed and a few others as well.

nice job Holly! That was a terrific idea and helps point on the more "important" prospects in that league for those of us who can't ever see an ECHL game in person. Thanks.

The link to the Tim Smith interview didn't work though when I clicked on it. (Delete this after it's fixed).

Re: Mathieu Brunelle. The article states Brunelle is 5'10 180. I seen in the Flyers training camp roster, which one would think would be fairly accurate and taken when players report to training camp, that Brunelle was listed at 5'11 181. Then during the season the Trenton Titans roster had him at 6'0 195. I would tend to follow the latter numbers if size is some people's only issue. Brunelle had around, what?, 27 goals in Trenton? So maybe, if he remains Flyers property during the offseason, he moves up to the Philadelphia Phantoms?

The Titans website has him at 5'11" 181. Let's go with that.
