Oilers PPV: How many games will you order?

Not so much looking for rants on why 16 PPV games is too many, but just how many games people will order. Not asking about whether you use some stream either.

---

I ordered full season, usually I go game by game because I attend games, but just figured save about $56 (3-4 "free" games with season package) so did the full package.

none, too much $ for what you get in crappy production.

I will watch them at a bar or friends house maybe even a few on adthe if it isnt too choppy.

$60 X 2 for nosebleeds a couple times a year is all the money Katz is getting from me. At least until the team is better.

The quality is terrible so unless its a really important game, or a good matchup, I don't see myself buying a game.

All, but either my house/bar. It's cheaper to go to the bar so most likely will do that if I can, but I'll order it if I have too. Most likely will order that Dallas game next Tuesday.

none. the only benefit to being an Oilers fan outside of Alberta...getting all the PPV games for free as part of NHL Center Ice. But the quality does suck. Rob Brown is annoying as hell. And Tencer isn't much better.

I ordered them all again. I hate missing any games. Word is that they're working on some better production for this season. Let's hope so.

About half of them since I'll probably be at a lot of the home games that are on PPV.

I'd like "better" defined.

I'll order them as they come. "I" actually purchased half last year and watched the other half online.

Probably going to catch quite a few at a quiet boston pizza or something. Me and some friends have discussed getting together for the away ppv games as one friend works all the home games.

Can't you get the Oilers PPV games on Center Ice? The opponents feed must be available.

Oilers PPV makes no sense to me if you get CI.

What bothers me is the production value as mentioned by others. I'd rather they charge 2$ less and have commercials.

Listening to Gene Principe talk about Gagner Cogs and Gilbert living together last year was painful.

As it is I'm reconsidering my vote. I could go have three beers at the bar for that price

Out of principle I will get them all free.

I dont agree with 16 games, and until we stop buying it will continue to increase.

Is that just the PPV games you can't get?

Not 100% sure, there may be a couple of other exceptions but from what I have been told the PPV games for sure are blacked out for me on CI.

I was going to buy the package, cause like many on here I hate to miss a game, but last year for some reason I would buy the PPV during the free pregame, and when the feed switched to pay, a box would pop up saying "unable to complete your order, call 1800..." The game would come on anyway and I only ended up getting charged for like half of the games I watched.

Hope it happens again this year **crosses fingers

I would watch online but the choppiness and picture quality make me queasy.

most likely none, I have only bought a handful of PPV games in the past (the Wings and one or two Wild games) but with the prices going up again, the sub par production and alot of lame games this year I most likely won't be getting any (aside from a die hard, who would pay 16 bucks to see Atlanta, Nashville and Phoenix?)

I might go and see the Leafs and Rangers games at a Boston Pizza or something though with friends.

we should all watch them in Adthe, without much demand there will be no PPV.

Great sports bar. Always packed to capacity an hour or two before puck drop, though. I heard a new sports pub is opening up on Wye soon. We need more Oiler-watching venues in the Park.
