I found it funny how John and Tripp were complaining about Malone and a goalie interference call, but failed to show a replay of the missed call.

well..... this, how PP should look like.... That was probably our luckiest sequence of the entire season the puck didn't go in.

Anyone else worried about Nitty? He certainly hasn't shown any sign of fault.

he sure has... Chad's shot should never have beaten him.

Problem is not with Nitty been good, problem is with Canes been out skated by Tampa so far tonight.

Quite an entertaining game. Both goalies have played well but have had some ridiculous luck too. Lecavalier looked like an amateur when he took a spill with a gaping net right in front of him

The more it goes like this the more I get a feeling the game winner is going to come off the rebound from a blocked shot or something equally odd.

Experience tells me that hell usually breaks lose with 2 minutes or less left in the period.

Most likely. That's also when the ice is worst and weird things are far more likely to happen. Not to mention mental and physical fatigue from the players.

Yet another PK, not sure what the deal has been so far this season with all the penalties. That one was at least an effort penalty rather then an undisciplined one.

I am still waiting for that Samsonov's penalty of the game...

Sergei took a pledge to take at least one penalty a game... Must be some kind of fund raising for rather weird charity back in Russia.

What does the PP in front of the G on the boxscore for our last goal mean?

STAAL! Wait that was a powerplay goal? Someone get me to the hospital fast, I think someone slipped some acid into my beer. I mean there's no way we scored on a powerplay so I have to be tripping on something to think it was.

Well damn, that didn't take long.

OMG, I called it...

This is one of those things that happen once in 10000 years, just like the ice age..

Not just we scored on PP, but Staal actually managed to execute his wrap around thingy.
