Just Windows Vista. The clock, weather, and iTunes all run off of Raimeter. Icons are running off of Rocketdock.

Just go to your desktop, hit the prnt scrn (Print Screen) button, then paste it in paint or something.

Its a mural of Paul Henderson after he scored the game winner in the Summit series. This mural is just of main street of my home town (he is from my hometown) This summer I plan on going to take my own picture of it though, not a google picture.
