Nobody posting?

Anyways, 2-0 Flames at the first intermission...two posts and a crossbar for Vancouver, though

If they keep this up for 40 minutes they should claw their way back into it, but never underestimate Kiprusoff's ability to get unbelievably hot.

Frustrating game to watch for Canucks fans, that's for sure...

Flames do deserve the lead, as the mandate to crack down only applies to the Canucks in this series.

Actually it has been pretty good. Flames are playing a much more controlled game, and Kipper is in way better position tonight.

Canucks may be tied after tonight...

I thought the Canucks actualy played pretty good and had quite a few chances. They just caught a couple bad breaks, with Cloutier's stick getting caught in Simon's skates, and the puck getting lost in Salo's equipment and coming right down to Lombardi.

Not to take away from the Flames, who are playing a good intense games themselves, but I don't think the Canucks are getting as outplayed as the numbers may indicate.

So let me get this straight Sutter... it's ok for your team to run our goalie, but we are not allowed to reciprocate?!?!?

Give me a break!!! It is a goal!!!

I need to see that again. On first glance it looks like Kiprusoff dove.

Still, huge break for the Nucks.

Hah, talk about poetic justice there. Pretty blatant dive by Kipper on the play, I thought...he kinda jumped in the air first. Lucky bounce for Vancouver, but hell, that's all that's kept Calgary in this series. I'll take it!

I'm getting pretty annoyed with the fans at GM Place though to be perfectly honest. Linden high-sticks what'shisface, and they all booo like they've been robbed. It was a clear high-stick, guys, shut up.

doesnt matter if he dives or not you run him = it is goalie interference plain and simple even Van can tell you that one

Hahahaha. After the Flames run Cloutier all game long in game 1, and all game so far in game 2, I find that pretty funny.

Like I said, it should have been a call, but there have been so many missed calls for Cloutier I don't particularly care.

Then why aren't the flames getting "goalie interference" every 15 seconds?

You dont want a fair played game than i guess. This blown call is just DISGUSTING and can have a serious impact on the final outcome of the game/serie

League must change the rules so plays like this can be reviewed from the videoboot upstairs.

No no...you don't seem to understand. They got a goal doing it first...we just evened it up. That's fair.

I think "disgusting" is a little over the top. He bumped Kiprusoff, he didn't pull out a knife and slash his throat.

And then Cooke. Heh. Don't think I've ever seen back to back diving like that. Nice to see though IMO.

Fraser on the Canucks payroll? the only thing that could be funnier than that would be saying McGeough is on the Canucks payroll

the reffing has been terrible yet again. 2 non-calls on obvious goaltender interference that resulted in goals. and if the Simon one wasn't obvious enough, Jovo's could have been spotted by a blind man.
