i have absolutely know idea why people say this. I can only conclude that a) they're not watching the games b) everyone else complains about "teams that play the trap are boring to watch" so they parrot it c) are upset the scores are not over 9000 to 3 every game.

so let me ask this. If we're quickly turning into the most boring team, or as others have said are now the most boring team in the league to watch. What was so exciting about watching us last year or in the last 3-4 years?

Like the long ball, chicks dig goals. Scoreless games ain't sexy.

Don't even know why I'm going to respond but here goes...

What if we win 3-1, completely dominate, outshoot them on a 3 to 1 ratio, score 2 PP goals and again completely dominate? Will that still be embarassing?

Coyotes got shut out twice in a row two times last season. It happens.

Pyatt is in the lineup tonight playing on the first line. Also, the first Pregame show of the season is on right now on FSNAZ (in HD too!).

Scratch that. Chicks dig winners, and when a team starts winning, the jerseys come out of the woodwork. Same idea as when a football team starts winning; before this year, I didn't even know the New York Jets existed. When the Yotes start winning, people will be proud to buy the gear and come to the games. Goals are just icing on the cake.

a) i watch the games b) its very true it can be extremely boring to watch the trap, especially when its working c) im not upset we don't score 9000 goals, but i am upset we score 0 goals.

I never said PHX was exciting in the last 3-4 years either

I'm excited to see what Pyatt can do for our net presence.

Forget the bickering with the trap, scoreless games and the rest guys. Lets just get a win tonight eh?

Have a couple questions: A) Why hasn't the coyotes website been updated yet? (the TV section is what i noticed)

and

B) Where is Pierre and that solid marketing campaign this year?

we've had 0 in 2 games out of 5, it's not that big of a deal and people are over reacting.

You said phoenix was becoming one of the most boring teams in the league to watch, so I assumed you found them exciting in the previous years

Pyatt, Doan and Lang on the first line. Janssen and Biz scratched. Bummer. Crowd is small.

like I said last GDT, if Bissonnette was dressed for this game I'd know he was bribing the coaches.

It looked like that extra whack at the puck might of cost Prucha his second of the year.

The lower bowl looks like it's not more than a third full.

Like how Lepisto controlled the puck clearing the zone on that last shift.

I'm at the game tonight and Ill say its about 9000 actual people here but the papers will read somewhere between 10k-12k.
The upper level is about 3/4th full and somewhere between 1/4-1/3 full with more people sitting in the middle of the arena.

No score but better chances at the net with upshall and lombardi making the plays.

Still can't believe lang didn't have enough gas to score on the break.
Yandle, what were you thinking wiffing on that change to score top left corner on Mason!

St louis speed and mistakes by our D in the attack zone and center ice provided great chance for St. Louis to breakthrough the trap and get some chances in the later part of the first.
Thank God Bryz got back in time to block a shot from going into an open net after he gave it away late in the 1st period.

Any guesses for the 2nd period?

The last leafs home game I watched looked similar. Guess Toronto isn't a hockey city.

STL looks sluggish, I'm guessing we score early/mid 2nd and they never recover
