Tampa Bay's Playoff Run in $$$$$

This story deals with the financial importance of advancing in the NHL Playoffs using Tampa Bay as a guide.

Here is a paragraph "The playoffs mean big payoffs - and big losses of potential revenue if teams lose early in the race for the Stanley Cup. Consider a club such as the Detroit Red Wings, which lost tens of millions of dollars in playoff revenue last year after the perennial power was ousted in the first round."

I think this is a reprint of this article from the Tampa Tribune.

Another somewhat business related article (which is also good for a laugh) is this one: Bad Ol' Days to Best of Days. It details some embarrassing incidents from the tenure of the first owner, some pretty unbelievable stuff.
