Mike Ribeiro

With all the heat that Jose Theodore is taking, maybe I can divert some away from him by singling out Ribeiro as being the worst forward so far this series. He's made one play worth noting, and has a grand total of ZERO (0) ZILCH shots on goal. I also believe he hasn't had one in a long time or only 1 in just as long. Too much crack? or does he just "crack" under the pressure? He's a fine young player but a team can't win if your number 1 scorer isnt scoring.

(that being said, the Bruins have now won 2 games without their top 2 scorers putting up any points)

hit the post, and made a great pass to Bulis in front of the net ... he's been okay thus far ... he's small, so don't expect this kind of player to come out of the pack against the Bruins

I mostly blame his play on the PP, if we score at least 1 goal on it we don't even think of blaming our key players.

We have to find a combination of 5 players that could play the full 2 mins on the PP and please stop dumping the puck, 'cause no one wants to pay the price to get it.

maybe you should trade him for Luongo and have him mentor Garon as his backup. Then you could send Theodore down for some time in the minors to find his game.

Spezza ? ... I'm not saying he's the worst player of the league ... he's just another Alexei Yahsin as goalie ...

You think we could get Spezza for Ribs, that right there my friend shows me what you know about hockey.

Spezza is superior to Ribs in every way.

No, my question was in relation to Ribs. You asked--

"what are you going to get for Ribeiro ?"

My answer--

"I duno, why dont you tell me, your the one that saying we should get other players"

I dont know how long you have been here, but name calling is not acceptable, period!

Ribeiro did a few great plays tonite but he was obviously not at ease with so little space on the ice. He's not mold for the playoffs but with the skills he has, he will, hopefully, get better with more experience.

FSU, you're right about everything you say against Theodore. And you're even being too kind!

I think it's not just Ribeiro who's not producing...

Ryder is not playing like he was in the season
Dagenais nothing to say, it's Dagenais
Zednik is not the Bruin Killer he was 2 years ago
Koivu must take the offensive on his shoulder
Kovalev played a nice game tonight and I wish it will continue 'cuz we need him
Bulis have to be more opportunist
