NEW YORK (AP)—Hey, Mets fans, that awful season was just a bad dream—if you believe StubHub.

The company sent an e-mail Monday offering tickets for Mets’ playoff games.

“Be there alongside your New York Mets as they chase baseball immortality,” the e-mail said. “Go to StubHub, where you’ll find a fantastic selection of tickets to every playoff game—so you experience the championship chase live and in person.”

WERTH!!! WOOOO

He has two hits this series, both HR's. Padilla lookin rough early, couldn't throw a strike after the unintentional intentional walk to Howard, bet he's gonna get some pitches to hit next time.

Tonight's NLCS game:

Although there have been more HR's in the game than this clip. But it is the only HR derby clip I could find.

Don't make me follow your steps like I did to Cowbell hahaha, did you try it yet?

And tomorrow night has the potential to be an extremely good/bad sports night.

100% true. An ex-girlfriend from high school, as well as a couple close friends from back home go there and pretty much all their female friends fit this mold. Not that I'm complaining or anything, sometimes it's just too much work hanging out with neurotic Cornell women.

Actually the playoff prices were alot less(dont know what they are) then in the regular season.. The prices will come down next season.. I sat in those seats once this year..(given to me) They are AMAZING, but no way in hell worth that much money..

I know they cut prices on a lot of the seats, even below the 1200 mark, but in the article he states StubHub had the Legends tix for the ALCS going for 10 G's. They get wind of that, they jack up the World Series tickets....sell like 3 of them, that's an A-Rod at bat

It's a sad state, it's not just the Yankees doing it, I'm still pissed at the Devils for the ****ing club seats. What a goddamned waste of money and primo seating. I had a friend who sat center ice, row 23 in the lower bowl for something like 35 a game, maybe even less, they've had the seats since 1982. They reluctantly kept the seats, only because with the kids all grown up and with jobs, if they cut the seats in half, and divided them between all four of them, they could keep them.

This is the reason why I just drink outside the stadium in one of the bars when it comes to the playoffs.
Devils Playoff tickets I can afford thanks to the holdback line, the cheapest Yankees playoff ticket is still in triple digits.

God damn I want to end it in Anaheim tomorrow, its been too long since 2003.

For the price increases in the cheapies, sure. But the idea of these uber luxury best seats in the house thing is just moronic. The people who can afford that, don't give a **** about getting up close and seeing these guys play. They're the *******s who order a bottle of Dom with an organic kosher free range hot dog with on a carb free roll.

Have they released WS pricing yet? Or do they wait til it's official?

I dont know what they are.. But in order to get tickets, you have to "win" them.. Basically you win the chance to buy them.. They are almost impossible to get..

As much as it pains me to say this, my WS prediction is Yankees in 5.

I have only seen one inning of his work, but that kid is filthy. Apparently he is friends with Matt Stafford too. It's weird how professional athletes in some cases are previously childhood friends. lol.

Random, but I strongly recommend that any baseball fan here check out this site: http://fangraphs.com/

It's a statistics based site that has daily articles which are very enlightening and have completely changed the way I view the game. In addition the amount of data they have is crazy. Even if you're not a fan of Sabremetrics, you have to appreciate their pitch fx data: http://www.fangraphs.com/pitchfx.asp...036&position=P. Clayton Kershaw throws his curve ball 18.3% of the time, the pitch clocks in at 72.8MPH, has 4.1 inches of horizontal break and 6.8 inches of vertical drop.
