do we have rights to him or anything like that or is he fair game to any NHL team?

Just Read about Lessard already a deal with an Unspecified Team and that all he has to do is sign. Think that Unspecified team could be thye Flyers?

Nobody knows. The Flyers have been adding talent left and right to the Phantoms though. They also have no first or second round pick this season...

I doubt it, Clarke has been too busy worrying about injuries and making deals and signing the prospects that are already in the organization, but if he did......

If the Flyers could sign Lessard, it would probably be like taking an early-mid 2nd round pick on him

I'm sure Tony Voce (Boston College) would love to play in the Flyers organization - he is outstanding! He finished 5th in the Hobey Baker Award voting, and it would be great to have a local kid (besides Laux) in the organization.

it would be good to see the Flyers sign this kid, he is definitely worth the shot. he could be one of those diamonds in the rough kind of players.

They should have gotten Thomas Pock. The UMass D-man.

How bout Keith Ballard-the Minnesota D-man. After trading away Woywitka and St. Jacques, we could use another D prospect.

He wanted a ton of money and was rumored to want a guaranteed spot in the starting 6 next season, something the Rangers could do and we couldn't.

given the fact that we have so few high picks in this year's draft, i think Clarke might go out and sign him. as someone said, he's probably worth a second-round pick.
