Can't believe they didn't score on that powerplay. Bowman had about 2 or 3 great chances. Sutter had a great chance earlier in the period, too. They started off looking shaky but have settled in.
****, they just had a 2 on 1 on the powerplay and Sutter deked to the backhand but didn't get it quite high enough. Not liking some of the shot selection I've seen from them on the powerplay. Boychuk and McBain both took weak wristers from the point that were cleared easily.
They just came so close to scoring again. Puck was sitting on the line. Some really great action right now.

If anyone else is having trouble, I just got it to work by opening this link in VLC player: mms://cdncon.wm.llnwd.net/cdncon_neulion1_ahl_riverrats?eid=3340&pid=3345&gi d=101&uid=19857&e=1256340004&h=7aa71ebfc15f4a66bd8 ab3227d06e245

Rats give up their first pp goal of the year on a weird one. Shot point blank bounced almost 10' into the air and came down into the net. Right off the puck drop the rats take another penalty.

I've only been listening to 15 seconds, but this guy calling the game isn't very good.

Well, this is the AHL. His pronunciation of Chaput is getting on my nerves, though.
Rats pp again.

the rats let their excellent pbp guy go at the end of last season. This guy is from the front office- although he did pbp years ago.

Hey, don't be knocking rowdy. My kid loves him. And he can skate- unlike many mascots.

Great, some great goaltending is the only reason they don't have a couple.
