I think Voracek will win this by a lot. Playing on the 3rd line last year he almost matched both guys point totals and is as good or better in his all around game.
Dubinksy is easily a better defensive hockey player at this point in time.
Yeah, he is so good defensively that he got benched during all the third period after a careless turnover in the neutral zone, leading to a goal, and momentum game changing.

Watch the guy play and you'll know thats not true. Physically Voracek even has a big advantage over Dubinsky, he's actually bigger than him. Not only does he have the frame to be a great defensive player he has the mind. He doesn't make a lot of mistakes and always makes his way back to his zone with hustle and positioning.

So one bad play and all the sudden that outweighs a far greater sample size? I've seen Pavel Datsyuk make tons of giveaways as bad as Dubinksky's last night and it doesnt change the fact hes still a awesome defensive player. Voracek is solid in his own end and is responsible defensive but Dubinsky is the better of this two in this regard currently.

I would say that right now, they are about equal defensively. Neither of them are particularly good though, just average. It isn't their game.
I'll take Voracek because his ceiling is very high.
