Still don't get why this guy has an A on his jersey. If Higgins was able to lose it last year, I'm wondering what he is still doing with his.

The Price homers and the Halak homers are equally annoying. You know who you are.

Honestly, just a guess though, it looks like he lost the fun of playing that game way more than just being lazy.

If by any chance we are able or another team is able to surround him better so he'd be happy, he'd produce. The guy cannot go from being on one of the top line in the NHL to worst than Johan Witehall. It's a confidence thing mixed with losing the fun of playing....That's just my analysis. Seems that the only way we'll get him going is by playing him on the 1st PP.

But he's TOTALLY in the category of "Will hurt us if he plays somewhere else" category. We better receive a whole lot in order to not be laughed at once again.

Come on Habs. Tonight and Friday are games I wouldn't mind going to OT with. We need at least one point out of them or beating the Leafs Saturday will be crucial... and those ******** always play us tough even when their record blows. I just worry about how crappy the Habs have looked on the road this year. If Halak can perform miracles in road games, I'm sold because Price wasn't bad and often was a saviour and we still came home 2-3 but outscored 14-9 thanks to the defense being beyond lousy. JM has to do something about this team's play away from the Bell Centre. Since having the 2nd best road record in the NHL in 07-08, the Habs are all sorts of weak on the road (started 11-5-2 in 08-09 but ended 6-15-2 leaving us 8-18-2 since January of '09).

Playing really good we look like a different team on the road, this game is winnable.. pretty good game so far other then seeing Hal Gill panic and get the delay of game.....but still, good game

Exactly - I thought Halak was pretty good on that one, it just was a really good shot, and it should never have gotten to that point anyways. Big time defensive zone breakdown.

Wow, Marc-Andre Bergeron has comparable numbers to Markov on the PP... who needs Streit or Souray.

BTW, Streit sucks!

Bergeron > Streit

Gill is ****ing retarted. Other then that, the team is playing pretty damn good. Just got a bad feeling Pens are gonna score on that PP.

Send him a message and tell him to try and fire it up the middle of the ice next time.

What I really don't get is that people say he is really bad defensivelly and stopped 2 on 1s twice last game against Rangers. I really love the signing and hope it makes Gill expandable at end of the year and he finishes in AHL or being traded (if anyone would be retarted as he is and would like to trade for him).

But I got heart attack when MAB carries the puck defensively along the board. He'll lose the puck with one hit.

Streit can't play D and he's being paid 4.1M. Bergeron is very much like Streit and gets paid 750k. Bergeron is more useful to the Habs given his cap hit!

You are what you spell wrong.

Bergeron has already made defensive mistakes this game, he's made them before. One of the two on ones he broke up between two useless players and put the puck right on Tavares' stick.

Despite getting too much underneath the puck, Gill has played solid this period, despite a number of you who are determined to never acknowledge anything positive Gill does.
