Wings with 15 shots, 4 scoring chances. Oilers with 12 shots, 6 scoring chances.

Says a lot about the Wings shots.

You guys can knock Howard all you want, but this is no way to break in a young goaltender. He's clearly shell-shocked a rightly so.

moronic play by bertuzzi. his 3rd or 4th turnover in this game. rafalski and stuart get scored on again.

maybe babcock should put rafalski back with lidstrom. he tends to get dominated when he doesn't have lidstrom to cover for him.

oilers should shoot on howard as much as they can.

No way to break him in? Not like it's his first game ever in the NHL or anything. He needs to learn how to play with the big boys, or something needs to be done to fix the situation. Ozzie lets in a goal like that, and he's drug through the mud...and Howard is supposed to get a pass for doing the same thing? I don't think so.

Honestly watching this pathetic team is worse than seeing them bomb game 7 last year.

Hard to blame Rafalski/Stuart when Bertuzzi tosses them a hand grenade like that.

No one has really been knocking him at all beside that third goal.

Wasn't he the first guy back because he was the last guy back, and he coughed it up?

I'm not saying he needs a free pass, he's going to need to be better.. And I don't blame Osgood either....

I'm saying you'd be hard pressed to find a goalie outside of the NHL's elite that would be looking good right now.
