Stick or skates? I just hope he didn't change his mouth guard.

He also switched his gloves from Warriors to Bauer Vapor.

Stick..from the pic it also looks like he changed from Warrior to Bauer gloves. I would suggest maybe he has a new deal with Bauer but he still sporting the CCM lid.

He'd look sick with a 9500. That thing is sexy. My favoritest helmet ever after the 5000 that Scotty wore.

There is no way we can sign Trade, not happening. He is going to want way too much with too many years eft on his contract. If Lou signs Trade, say goodbye to Martin.

Martin already said he'd take a discount if it meant us being able to add trade. He'd make our third line extremely dangerous.

hmm, is it possible to get Trade to agree to a No Trade Clause?

if not, we can't swing it.

I just hope they don't rush him back too soon. With no practices and 2 sets of back-to-back games in the next week and a half, it might be a bit much for someone with just a handful of practices.

He's that french prospect we have. Like said above, it's trade'. He's been compared to crosby, except faster. Let's hope he gets the call soon because he'd put this team over the top.

Also, Trade isn't a natural centre. He's really a winger, and we don't need to acquire more wingers pretending to be centres.

What do you guys think of -

Parise - Zajac - Bergie
Elias - Zubrus - Langs

A great youth line, and a veteran line that isn't slow.

I expect to see this though. The centers will be juggled, trying them both on each line I'm sure. Our second line would be more of a threat than our first though...

Parise - Zubrus - Langs
Elias - Zajac - Bergie

i would love to see elias and parise together, but they are both LW, I would put elias on off wing. either way.. playing with out him and getting used to it, we will have three very good lines when he comes back

Agreed. Parise and Elias should only play together on the PP and in 4 on 4 situations, like OT. Spreading out our scoring threats keeps us from becoming a one line team. I also want to see what Elias can do with Bergfors.
