But guys aren't ready to come back, so one, both or someone else(s) may be in Columbus for Wednesday's game.

It's nice that the Sharks are doing well enough that they don't have to force anyone back on the ice before they are truly ready.

Absolutely...in the long run it will help SJ save cap space for a possible deadline trade.

Worcester is about 600 miles from Columbus...I don't see any issues with them being there in time for the game even if they were to leave here in the morning of game day.

Anybody know how much *not* having McGinn on the NHL roster saves each day? If this is on capgeek, please just let me know.

I'll probably be corrected on this, but I believe that you simply take his cap hit and divide it by the number of days in the season. That's how much you save per day.

McGinn's daily cap hit is $5,164. Couture's is $6,434. You'll see it on capgeek.com's daily tracker.

Looks like they'll be recalled for Wednesday's game.

Wednesday the 4th, 11:00 Pacific time -- is there any definite word yet on recall of McGinn and Couture, or on some of our walking wounded returning to action?

Sharks announce their recall.

Not clear if they'll be with the team for Thursday's game. Yet.
