Your Carolina Hurricanes picture doesn't work, unless that's symbolism for their team .

Just kidding, great GDT and well timed. Good job stanley cup pleeease

Good first GDT! Carolina's highest point getter with only 8pts? Damn...

I expect it to be a very boring morning game,
2-1 Sharks win
Ferriero, Marleau, Ruutu

If Ward plays well this game will be VERY low scoring. Here's hoping for a 5-2 Sharks win.

Sharks historically do horribly in morning games. I also suspect Ward is due to steal a game soon. So ....

SNOG:

Sharks lose 2-1. Staal, Samsonov for Carolina. Marleau for the Sharks.

Also, 10:30 AM is way to early for a game, if I am awake for the third period I consider it a success.

I thought of dressing as her, but I thought people would think I was making fun of her so I didn't. The rifle sounds hilarious though.

Wow, 2:30 am start over here. I get some feelings of nostalgia from last year with the late starts. I'm gonna miss this one though.

Carolina sucks and it's an early game for them too. Hope I can wake up in time... my sleep schedule sucks even with the extra hour.

Sharks win 4-2.

Marleau, Thornton, Clowe, Blake
Staal, Pitkanen

Hurricanes will be wanting to avoid a 9th straight loss and may come out hard after being embarrassed in a Saturday afternoon matinee (on the road) against Philadelphia. Sharks will have spent the day in transit, and dealing with another time change (they get a slight break due to the change from daylight savings to standard time).

Looks like a new SharksByte is premiering after the game (around 1:00pm PT)
