Best Series So Far

Which series do you prefer watching over the others?

Please note it is Flyers Devils not Flyers Flyers.

Nashville v. Detroit.

Speed vs. Patience - I love it. Nashville blasts in with 5 forecheckers and still manages to get back on defense. Amazing goaltending at both ends. Detroit is so patient and poised. There have been good hits and great goals with even better saves.

The only thing wrong with it is Chelios.

Leafs vs Sens. Always get up for a Battle of Ontario. Nashville Detroit is also pretty good

So far almost everybody named his/her favourite team.

Should I name B's - Habs??? i don't know. I personally want them to end.

I hope not. I don't need "my" team in there to enjoy every minute of the playoffs. Hey I can watch 3 full games a day without having enough. I reduced the ratio to 2 full games at most, as my GF almost left me last year because of my excessive hockey obsession.

For me so far it's been the battle of the Ontario. As I predicted, lots of emotion, rough play, speed and skills, and it should only get better as frustration rises.

I couldn't vote for just one!

I went Preds-Wings and Leafs-Senators...those two series have been AWESOME

So far, it's definitely been the Sens/Leafs.

Preds/Wings and Flames/'Nucks have been great, too.
And, from what I've seen, Devils/Flyers has been pretty awesome, as well.

And the Habs/Bruins one is finally heating up!!

Hell, it's the playoffs! With the right atmosphere, they're ALL great.

I have to admit the Battle of Ontario is pretty amazing and crazy. Right after them, there's the Calgary(wich i'm rooting for to meet the Habs in the SC finals) and Vancouver war going on. Anyways, every single series has his share of high voltage energy... Spring time has finally arrived...

I've been very impressed with the Preds/Wings series. That being said, I honestly have not been able to catch any of the Sens/Leafs games (I know...I'm a terrible person...). I'm watching tonight and I'm sure my mind will be changed.

I'm an Avs fan so I certainly prefer that series over others...but the Wings/Preds series is keeping me glued to that as well!

It's no surprise why people are picking their own teams. Why? It's always easier to watch your own team play.

That being said, Detroit/Nashville and Vancouver/Calgary are the best matchups so far.

Besides watching a very entertaining series b/n my flyers and the devils (which most thought would be a very boring trap orientated series), I am really enjoying the flames/Nucks and Preds/Wings series.

Mind you I didn't watch the entire game 1 or 2 but from what I've seen it doesn't appear tobe as intense as other leafs/sens matchups in the past.

Totally agree..

I voted for Toronto/Ottawa but I love the play of these Preds against a great team in Detroit.

If Don Cherry says the Canucks/Flames series is the best going on I'm taking his word for it

You might as well vote for all of them, there's not a bad series (Well, maybe Dallas Colorado if Dallas doesn't win in OT, and NYI Tampa could dry up soon)

Is there anything better than NHL playoff hockey?

leafs sens has been amazing. flames nucks has been great, hell, it's the playoffs all the series are good, unless it's devils, ducks in the finals like last year. ughh. i hope 2 exciting skilled teams meet in the finals. hopefully leafs nucks, an all canadian matchup would be sweet.

I'd have to say the 3rd place Flyers vs. the 6th place Flyers

Without a doubt, Vancouver/Flames.
Fastest, hardest hitting hockey I've seen so far.

Nashville/Detroit has been great for Nashville fans enjoying their first playoff, but there have been some terribly boring stretches of hockey.

All eight series are 2-1 with the team with the better regular season with the extra win.

People may say I am biased but I don't care. The Vancouver/Calgary series as been unbelievable so far. I have been watching every series and I can honestly tell you that if I was not a Flames fan, this would still be the best IMO.

1. VAN/CGY
2. TOR/OTT
3. DET/NSH
4. PHI/NJ
5. COL/DAL
6. BOS/MTL
7. TB/NYI
8. SJ/STL
