oh how I miss Atlanta....loved living in that city...here's hoping the jackets beat them for the full 2 pts tonight, while maxim and nik both get me some much needed fantasy points!

Kind of a late GDT, no? Thanks Samkow!

I hope we can get two tonight. Don't see why not. Coming off a pretty solid effort last night, but still a bit of a letdown.

Ouch, the cupboards are looking a little bare tonight. Funny how just a couple guys going down to injury can do that

Glad to see Picard get the callup though

Anyway, this is a game the Jackets really should win, but I'm sure Atlanta fans are saying the same thing about us. I have to admit I'm a bit worried by Hitchcock's comments to Arace yesterday though about slowing things down and essentially trying to play I guess "heavy" (i.e., slow) against our next two opponents who are more run-and-gun style typically. We know how that can go one of two ways. I just wish Hitch would take a step back sometimes and think that maybe winning a game 6-4 is just as good as winning a 2-1 snoozer. We know we have the firepower this year, that's not the problem; the problem is the team letting up in the final 10 minutes of the game after (perhaps) they are told to slow it down. That much worries me a little.

But anywho, I'm gonna say 4-2 Jackets... but we'll see what happens

Excited to see some Blue Jackets come to their city again, while Carrying The Flag, and ruining the night of Atlanta citizens! Time to make General Sherman proud

That'd be pretty nifty, but the Dispatch says otherwise. He didn't make the trip.

I will take points any way we can get them, especially on the road. But I agree this team is not very good when it comes to shoot outs. lol

Not tonight. Gave it serious consideration since we dont play in Atl often. I wanna hit all 30 NHL rinks within next 5 years or so. I have a lot of classes today so that kind of canceled that idea.

I recommend the arena. Got the chance to see the Jackets open the season there, whatever year that was. I remember the arena fondly, but the game was not so good.

Not sure.

Also, Picard up (we knew that), and Juice goes on IR.

Wow... so what then did Brass board a separate airplane or something?

Mea Culpa. Samkow and Dispatch fail.

So, anyone wanna take a stab at the lines. Mine sucks.

Good news about Brass. I would like to see Alex Picard play tonight. He will bring some serious energy, being just called up. He will bring the energy of two Boll's and one Dorsett.

Yeah I just feel bad for the arena workers who will have to replace the boards tomorrow afternoon
