Tough loss. I liked Bob Stauffer with the call. Can't wait to see Souray, Stone and Horcoff back in the lineup. We need to get over this injury/flu problem ASAP or we will not win. Big Mac has gotta go too, can take Nilsson with him too.

It's a 82 game season, there will be ups and downs.

We suck at the moment but this team will turn it around.

I predict we beat up on the avs on sunday and turn this spell around.

It is painfully true. Management has gut to make change is another story.

Pisani- 6 minutes of penalties in the offensive zone resulting in two goals.

Moreau- another offensive zone bonehead penalty, I mean there wasnt even a question of it being a penalty, late in the third period down two goals.

Im sorry but these guys are garbage and have to go for this team to get better. Nilsson is an embarrassment out there.

Every team has these problems right now. Of course, the Flames avoided the flu.

I am tempted to screw the GDT traditions and post my GDT early. Really what's the worst that can happen? We lose another game?

Time to shake it up guys!

I agree with you there. Honestly though, DSF, the frustration in regards to this situation isn't even so much about on-ice results. It speaks of lazy management and not being able to make the difficult decisions when they need to. I have no doubt that the Oilers are giving MacIntyre a bit more time because of his character and the fact that so much was made last year of this being his dream.

He's a good guy; a great guy, actually. But management needs to make decisions like this.
Yes they do.

But I think what is at work here is Quinn not wanting to embarrass Lowe for all his gaffes.

Once the team falls way out of contention, I think you'll see an attitude adjustment.

If not, God help us all.

I predict Moreau and Pisani combining for six more stupid penalties and even worse leadership on the ice.

Punch and Judy lineup we have right now is gross. Don't dominate physically, don't dominate mentally, don't dominate emotionally. Pick one and start excelling at it.
