Anyone attending PHI@NYI Thanksgiving eve game?

I'm trying to go with about 10 friends and wondering if there's going to be a designated Flyers section. Last year around Christmas I sat at the Coliseum for a Flyers game and was next to an entire section of Flyers fans. This was in the 300s fyi.

Don't be a jackass, and you'll be fine. You might get the ******* chant if you wear your jersey, but you won't get beer or anything spilled on you unless you're being a ******.

As for sections, everything lower level is $90 something. Upper-level really depends on where you sit and which row. The end sections toward the back seem to be cheapest.

Thanks, heard the arena is awesome, and your team is stacked this year, so it should be a good game. I'm excited.

The seats at the very top row honestly aren't really that bad at all. I usually sit 2nd row behind the visitors net and they are 50$ each haha.

Yeah as long as your not obnoxious/ a Penguins fan you might get a few chants or heckles but I wouldn't worry about any of the Philadelphia fans horror stories that you hear.

You shouldn't have a problem at all. By all means wear your favorite teams jersey. I know if I went to a Flyers game on the road, I'd rock my Richards jersey. The Garden, the Capital, Nassau, it wouldn't matter. Orange and Black on my back.

Islander fans generally don't get heckled, unfortunately it's because we feel bad for you guys. To be on the safe side, don't jump around if the Isles score and don't be obnoxious and your ok.

If you were a Pens fan, I'd say stick to a pens t-shirt and be careful, haha.

I COMPLETELY agree with this. I bought the college tickets ($25 a game for 4 games) and they put us in the very highest row on the end and the seats are great. The view is awesome and you can see everything. It doesn't feel like the Linc where you are too far away. I was actually surprised how nice the seats were considering the location.

I think in 10-20 years when they build a new arena (wishful thinking) that they put more seats in there. 19,500 is kinda weak. haha

In fairness, for hockey, it is pretty much the same everywhere. I haven't been to the older arenas like Nassau or the Igloo, but I've never been to a (pro) hockey arena where there were bad sightlines. Even the way upper levels in the Spectrum weren't bad.
