Nice GDT skimpy.

The Canes have lost 11 in a row, we cannot lose this game. Hitch better have these guys focused and ignoring the standings.

Columbus loves to end bad streaks for other teams.

Carolina wins 5-1

Nash has the one goal.

Columbus loses 18-0.

Nash and Commie see the Toronto score in the morning paper, decide Carolina is beyond awful and get the team together to get trashed before the game. Hitch catches Filatov drinking a 6 pack of Strawberry Smirnoff Ice and decides to scratch him for the rest of the season. Instead of standing on his head, Mason puts a lampshade on his head.

Nope. You made the GDT, you take full responsibility for any defeat that may occur. We don't take cop outs here. You take it like a man, or go put your Red Wings jersey on and get lost.

Canes 4-3 in regulation. Jackets play down to their competition. That's the way it always is.

Edit: They started their GDT at 11:04PM last night. GDT Gods give this one to the Jackets 8-0.

RJ gets 3 points tonight. Mason back in form. Jackets, 3 - 1, in a tough, hard - fought game.

*Note: Everything I say backfires so this prediction will likely result in a 3 - 1 Canes' win.*

Maybe not. According to Portzline, Russel is under the weather and might not play.

Jackets win 7-4 in OT.

More likely precautionary as I heard they are shopping him to a western conference team in the eastern time zone. A team he used to play for I believe.

Because it's the one I suggested even before D-Mac was called up? (Well, I had Torres on there, but thatv was before all the shuffling with Juice injury...) Actually, I'd kinda like to see Niki up to with Nasher and 'Twan and bump RJ and Raffi down. Maybe a shift or two?

Nah.

Anyway, this is a critical game for the Jackets. Gotta kick 'em while they're down.

Representin' in 206 tonight. I'll be the sleepy dude in the front row.

Are you sure it isn't Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill? Smirnoff Ice seems a bit hardcore for Niki

Jackets by a field goal because the Bucks won't get it done and I like our special teams better.

Oh, this sounds like a "streakbuster" game...
I'll be there, and we better not look bad. If they lost to Toronto and then we proceed to lose...

Columbus<Toronto?

You know someone will pull that up. Give full effort the entire game and I go home happy! No skipping the third period.

In the past, Columbus has been the tonic for ailing teams. I'd like to think that stays in the past and Mason finally gets back to his game. So with that being said I'l say Jackets 5-0.

It's a breakout night for Filatov. Jackets win, but once again, we'll blow a lead to make it more interesting than it oughtta be.

Steve Mason gets back into shutout machine mode and Rick Nash curbstomps with 2 goals and an assist

5-0 Jackets

It's a good thing I like Columbus, so I can still be somewhat happy every time they score tonight.

Heh. Personal responsibility in America. Cute.

Makes sense. Detroit could use the help up front with Filpulla and Franzen out.
