Commie plays his old team on his birthday. Interesting stuff.

Ok Jackets, the Canes have dropped 11 in a row. They have not won on the road. Ray Whitney is out. Let's make it a dozen. (By the way, what's 12x5? 60. Play all of them!)

I feel for the Canes, as I've got nothing against them. But We. Can. Not. Lose. This. Game. There is no excuse for less than two points tonight.

The Jackets aren't going to let an 11-game losing streak get snapped, by an EASTERN conference opponent, in their home building, are they? Are they? ARE THEY??? Should be a good test; the way the Canes are playing right now, there is absolutely no reason why we should not take 2 points tonight.

Interestingly, I was at the Winking Lizard on Bethel Rd. last night and they not only had the Carolina-Toronto game on several prominently placed TVs, but they were also showing the Isles-Devils game on a few of them! Definitely increased my respect for that place.

In part because this is the 3rd game in 4 nights and we'll be tired, I agree with the sentiment that says "Carolina will break their losing streak".

Therefore, of course, I predict a Jackets win.

Filatov with a natural-double-hat trick, despite only getting 4 minutes of ice time versus a team who hasn't won a game in a month. Hitch puts the brakes on in the 3rd, disgusted with all the offence, and Carolina comes roaring back to win 7-6

Game is forfeited in the 2nd period when Howson uses Atlanta's formula for calculating attendance and announces attendence of 97,250. Bettman immediately moves team to Kansas City.

Picard sent down to Syracuse today, must mean Dorsett and/or Blunden are okay to play tonight.

I'll say Jackets win 4-2. If we get an early lead expect Carolina to try and take out their frustration and start playing chippy.

Sorry. I was half asleep and didn't realize we were being subtle. I'll start over.

Gee, those Carolina uniforms are snazzy. Ray sure looks good in RED.

Just thought you guys would like to know that Whitney is not on the trip. I would guess that he is legitimately hurt and a trade is not being worked out with Columbus at this time.

My GDT is ruined. Mods, please delete. The Jackets will just have to forfeit tonight. Sorry, guys. Blame Ray "The Glass Wizard" Whitney.

That description applies to just anything that gameops does.

You can only put the random garble of letters and numbers at the end of a video in between the tags.

For example, for this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vf-v394Zv_U

You'd put vf-v394Zv_U between the tags

I think its pretty funny. Its not as as bad as kiss cam or killing the mood in the 3rd period with a slow song or bad promo.
