I think Jack Johnson has had a noticably bad game. Since the start he's looked lost out there. I'm not a JJ basher or anything but seems like a really off game to me.

Well, what do you expect when you have a coach that is constantly giving his team a "day off"...

I have had my head scratching moments with this team over the years, but Ivanans getting a shift in the third after falling behind is right up there. If there is an explanation, I would love to hear it and I am being serious. Maybe there is a good reason for it.

Regarding the game, look, it's not there. Chicago is a damn good team playing like a damn good team. The Kings are a damn good team playing like one that forgot to play defense for a period.

This season can either go down to the ground or be great. Still VERY early and we should not be to confident on our team that hasn't seen playoffs in years.. Just patience.

I don't think you can even single out a King that's had a good game at all. They've collectively laid another turd after laying a large one on Saturday.

It's never going to happen, Terry Murray is a 1980's style coach who feels the need to play a goon every single game, despite the fact that the most successful teams of this decade have not employed a goon and instead roll 4 solid lines.

Our only hope is to acquire someone like Neal who can actually play.

I am with you though, watching Ivanans play for now his 4th season here is one of the most frustrating aspects of being a Kings fan. I feel absolutely terrible for Brad Richardson, who has shown signs of life this season yet continues to have to play with this god awful slug.

I think teams are starting to figure us out. We have to adjust to counter.

The Kings looked like the better team for two whole periods, up until now. Its apparent that they can take on a team like this, they need just need to play the whole game.

We would probably be owing goals to the other team next game for how bad we look tonight in the third.

Anyone else frustrated that even when we're down by 3 goals in the third period Murray still doesn't give the defensemen a green light to activate into the offensive zone?

Losers look for silver linings.

Winners become angry at a loss, focus and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Do not mistake positive energy with impotent excuses.

Our first line can not do it all by itself and when the DEFENSE doesnt do its job, well, you are watching the result.

Lost this game in the 3rd. We were dominant in the 1st and 2nd period as well. I'm not sure why Ivanans is skating in the 3rd, why Murray why?

This is just silly. Figure what out? When we are on top of our game, nothing can stop us. The Kings win when they play well. They lose when they don't. We've come a long way this season and the fact that is now happening is exactly how good we are.

We have them right where we wannt them /sarcasm

The Kings are pretty consistant in losing to Chichago in Chichago: Last year we lost with 4:1 and 4:2 there.

I'm bewildered as to why Quick has started so many games as well. Whenever Ersberg plays again, you can't count on him to be sharp since it's been so long.
