Haha, I was just trying to remember the name of that show a few days ago. Everytime I hear that particular cellphone ring I think of it.

If the Reagan assassination attempt (John Hinckley Jr.) happened with today's media, would Jodie Foster's career have been ruined?

If that happened today, they'd be forcing connections and try to insinuate that it was all a massive leftist Hollywood conspiracy led by George Clooney and Michael Moore. I doubt Foster could live anywhere in North America anymore. The media has a big influence on stupid people, and would easily believe that seeing 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' was funding terrorism.

It might have swung the nation further to the right than 9/11 did.

Glenn Beck would be able to exploit it in to even more money like he does with Obama and September 11.

While we are on the subject of weird topics likely induced by drugs I think it would be interesting if humans hibernated. You could skip the cold Winter and wake up during spring. I bet you have to be totally refreshed after like a 3 month nap.

I'd prefer to hibernate during the summer.....don't want to miss hockey season. There's no televised sports from early June until late August. That's when I'd like to hibernate.

I've thought of that. But if everyone hibernated they would just move the hockey season from March to September and have the playoffs extend until November. Same with the NFL and MLB. NBA sucks.

This is what I'm talking about. Knock me out while it's really hot. Just wake me up to see the draft for a day and the start of free agency too.
