how about a little optimism here guys

dont sweat the defense... hitch will get it tightened down... we just have to hope it doesn't suffocate the offense

I'd say Filatov will be pushing him by January, not for total points but to produce nightly to spare embarrassment. He gets 101 points...

Did I say that? No... He's on a career year path, why is that?

I said no but I'd love to be wrong.

I'm thinking closer to 85-90

I'd love Nash to get 100 points, but I voted no because I believe Jackets scoring numbers will go down a little as the season continues.

Getting 100 points is really hard, Datsyuk hasn't even done it yet. I think Nash might in the future when he has more consistant linemates, but probably not this year.

I'm sick of it.
"Nash will never score 40 again with Hitch as his coach" Oh wait...

The two aren't directly related, they really aren't. Of course they can be related, but they aren't in all cases. I wouldn't mind scoring fewer goals but defending better. It is not helpful to score lots of goals but allow more than we score. That helps nothing.

A team who can defend who is a match for anyone.

A team who gives up 5 and 6 per night, can't get a game shut down, and their best player is a minus is a pretender.

Nash score 100? I don't think he has enough around him to do that, but I believe he will be in the high 80's low 90's.
