The other day a similar play like that and the goal didn't count.

Tough loss but really, that might be the best game we've played all year. We deserved the 2 points no question about it. Goaltending was probably the difference, not that JDD was awful but he definitely got outplayed by Leclaire in a big way.

Wow, those last 2 sentences haven't really been a theme this year at all...

I question the Comrie choice. He got... 11 shifts and no OT and you throw him out on the SO?

I dunno why O'Marra got only 7 (flight and no practice?) or why Brule got only 10. Their line as a whole was effectively the 4th line tonight.

I think Comrie momentarily forgot this is the NHL.

Why are people saying that goal shouldn't have counted? Off the post, off the goalie and in.

If the play stopped when the puck hit the post, than shootout goals off the crossbar/post and in wouldn't count either.

Was a good deke, and a good goal.

Should have called no goal he made a backwards motion which i thought killed a shoot out attempt but apperently not.

Stronger effort that we have been seeing lately. Liked the energy Reddox brought

Staios also had a real solid game

The puck can go in off the post, but I thought the puck can't have a forward motion, because it clearly went forward after it hit the post then hit the back of JDD. Anyone have any clarification?

Anyone else who wants what I planned to leave her can come over to my place on Saturday, the empties are in the shed.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I haven't minded every injury so far. Guys have played a lot more grittier and had more effort the past 2 games.

I love Reddox.

Great game by the Oil tonight, well deserved point. Refs were a disgrace in that overtime, complete lunacy.

Why is this stadium in the middle of nowhere?!!

It's a legit goal.

From the rulebook:

Quote:
No goal can be scored on a rebound of any kind (an exception being the puck off the goal post, then the goalkeeper and then directly into the goal), and any time the puck crosses the goal line, the shot shall be considered complete.

The same goal was scored the other night in the SO and didn't count.

Post and in is okay because the puck keeps moving forward though. Once it moves back the play should be dead. Otherwise the shooter could skate in, circle back to center ice and then attack again. Blown call imo.

Comrie's move looked a little rough, but keep in mind the commentators said a few times that he did it a few times in practice and scored. It would be hard for the coach or player to not go with what works.

You might want to re-think that...your niece and nephew are at my house.

How would you like to never see them again?
