screw that, sell the whole team if thats the case.
the midget fancy boys of Edmonton are a waste of time to watch. they have the learning ability and competitive drive of LD metal head kids who hate gym class.

O'Sullivan had some brutal turnovers.
the PP is the same boring hunk of crap that MacTavish ran. "F-around with the point and hope some shot magically gets through" theres NO other puck movement or shooters used. ON BOTH PP UNITS - regardless of Hemsky or not

I don't want to ***** about him, but something about it just bugs me...
Maybe if someone made a thread we could discuss the possibilities?

They looked dead after the incident with Reddox, that's just not good enough.

They got out goaltended, not that Khabby was bad, Miller was just better, and the team wasn't big in the clutch. This is frustrating. I was happy with most of the effort, considering everything, but they had their chances and should have earned a better result.

Time to blow things up. Ship out O'Sullivin, move Storts up to the first line, trade for Schremp, that's it, I have officially had enough with this team. We will be golfing in April again, sick of this.

Skilled guys like Hemsky are going to be frustrating at times. Let's relax here. Look at Vanek on the other side for a perfect example. It's going to happen. More often than not Hemmer is a huge plus and let's not forget he's playing hurt.

As for the game, I actually like the way we've been playing lately. A lot more battle out of certain guys. Still these three days off will be huge and hopefully we'll start getting some bodies back.

Or maybe idea of "deserving" to win just doesn't cut.

Injuries or not, they've won what, 2 out of the last 9 games? 10? Of course people will be frustrated.

This is probably the first time I'd be open to a Hemsky trade, I just haven't seen any improvement from him at all this year. In fact id say hes regressed, hes not shooting and isn't making too many wow plays that were so used too.

Trade him for someone that competes and can shoot the puck.

This game just shows that when the other team plays pressure defense, this team folds like a cheap tent. They can't get out of their own way let alone actually make a play.

Why was the title changed? Pretty sure that it's a consensus that they suck.

Hemsky and O'Sullivan combined to score the only goal of the game. And O'Sullivan hit the post twice beyond that.

And you want them benched? Yeah that makes sense.

Thanks, that title was unnecessary flaming. We have a shadow of our opening lineup, with all the grit we added missing. No wonder the team looks like last seasons team.

Looks like I nailed the 3-1 Sabres score anyway.

Sabres are a great team and we don't matchup well against them.

Penner was owned today expectedly against a club with some solid Defenders.

Sully had a fantastic game till the late turnover with 24 secs left where he was trying to force something.

Meh.

Thought the team played alright everything considered. Both goalies were good.

And is anybody complaining about the PP if O'Sullivan scores instead of hitting the outside of the post?

I'm losing faith in Pat Quinn. Mac T would have shook things up if the PP was that bad with time ticking down a 5 minute PP. He probably would have called a time out before it was over too. There were a number of coaching decisions in the last 2 games that REALLY irked me. They are all just small things, though, so what can I say? We obviously have plenty of excuses right now. But if I'm the one behind the bench, I'm not satisfied to let things play out that way.

1rst period wasn't very good...but they came on strong in the 2nd. Effort wise...its a passing grade...but Sully was leaned on heavily and I insist thats NOT the guy you want to depend on when the pts. are on the line. He just doesn't have the poise to make the pay day shots.

There is a reason why LA gave up on O'Sullivan, he is brutal. We love to pick up other teams garbage.

You know...I know it's 3 games in 4 nights, we all realize the illness / injury issue, but show some more compete for f's sake. Reddox was one of the few who showed any jump and hustle, until the cheapshot hit by McArthur. O'Sullivan, even though he scored, played soft on the puck. Why do they continually move him on the point on the 2nd PP? I'd almost rather see Staios there. Pisani is a complete waste of space, aside from the PK.

Sad, pathetic...I remember seeing these words in my mind after many games last season.
