Hunter is a beast, and I have to like how Moulson is starting to throw his weight around lately.

Am I insane, or did Corvo look perpindicular to the boards?

Either way it was a pretty quick play, I don't really think Bergie meant to.

Up 3-0, your linemate just got rocked with a cheap shot, that's a smart retribution play.

Unless you consider a 2 minute powerplay as more important than not allowing cheapshots to go unanswered.

I want to see a replay before i call the hit on Franz a cheap shot. If that is the case Bergy should be a man and fight and not hit the numbers.

I'd rather them not give the Canes any hope/motivation at all, whether it be a power play, big hit, whatever. My point is wait to the game is in the bag with this team's penchant for giving up leads.

I do not need to see areply. This game is played in real time. You either react on the ice or don't.

You can concern yourself with being a man, ethics and other Nuuu NHL values. Good luck surviving on ice.

A cheapshot deserves same. Isles are down or tied, that's one thing. Up 3-0, nothing wrong with it.

The various feeds for the Bridgeport game are absolutely unwatchable as well.

Just a bummer, but it's looking like the Isles will only be seen on rare occasion online.

Good point with Bergy not being able to see the re-play, but you fight you don't go around hitting people in the numbers. You man up and fight.

If that is an Islander getting hit there do you carry the same tune?

Exactly what I thought. Yes, illegal hit. But you're up 3-0 and a smaller teammate got hit hard. Plus there was a delayed penalty. I'm oaky with it.

You EA Sports fruitcakes never cease to amaze with your lack of appreciation of ice hockey. It is so easy to tell who has never stepped foot on frozen ice.
You are correct that i do play EA sports

Does playing ice hockey for the last ten years count as playing?

Absolutely. I'd expect retribution. I'm a hockey fan, not a fanboy.

Players know when a cheapshot occurs. And they respond.

I'd love to come across opponents with your accomodating mentality. Game would be incredibly easy.

If Bergenheim makes that play up 3-0 with Carolina in a daze, playing no-touch hockey, I rip it.

Context.

There are proper times to be a pacifist. And times to exhibit a spine.

What that I would fight the guy who just cleanly hit a teammate?
Or that I am not spineless and don't hit guys from behind?
