What did Donald Cherry say about Wallin? Other than that he's a visor wearing Euro?
3 early goals were the difference.

Gustavsson just wasn't ready, and Beauchemin was no help.

Why does Wilson put Wallin and Orr on the ice in crucial and critical situations. Who the heck takes an interference penalty deep in the opposition zone after you won the face off clean? Unbelievable.

He should have stopped the key goal of the Game: the 4th. He didn't. The Leafs played well through the 2nd and then that 4th goal killed ALL the momentum.

There we're bad turnovers (tons), the Monster (off night... looked tired) and Blake (can we trade him... please) but we we're still in it until that 4th goal. And that 4th goal was Vesa's fault.

Has Beauch played good at all? I am starting to detest him. His play is just disheartening

Something about wearing a gold chain, but his main point was that Wallin contributes nothing to the team other than helping to sign 'Goalersun'.

It's frustrating to watch some of the current leafs when it is obvious that there are better options on the Marlies.

I completely agree that it was Monster's debacle, and the BONEHEAD turn overs, but lets call a spade a spade: He needed to make the save on the 4th goal. He NEEDED to. The 5th was traffic and I'm not gonna kill him for it. But I will for the 4th.

We we're in it... until that goal. Toskala's sole purpose on-ice: Stop goals. He failed. We lost. Case closed.
Really, when did we have it? I saw lots of shots, and some good pressure, but the puck didn't go in.

The team put themselves in the hole in the first 2 minutes of the game by some sloppy passing in their end and the neutral zone and Monster's less than stellar goaltending on the first 2 shots. This is anything but Toskala's fault. The entire team did it to themselves before they even broke a sweat.

I always say play the kids and tonight Carl Gunnarsson showed why youth > vets..

Great game by the youngster.. He is like a young Anton Stralman.

Laughs aside... He is right. Wallin is a 4th liner we wasted our time bringing here.

Goalerson? Does he mean Gunnarsson or Gustavsson? I don't think Gunnar played with Wallin.

WTF is Cherry's problem with the chain? He wears ****ed up ties for goodness' sake.

The key goal was not the 4th. It was the first 3 that put them in the position of having to come back. You have a very warped opinion of this game.

I would much rather see the kids lose then just a bunch of dead-weight players lose. Cant wait until the dead-wood is gone.

That's cause Cherry hates Swedes. He always has, I think he has nightmares about them.

Gunnar is Stralman on Steroids . Anyway I have always been impressed with his poise and composure. So calm cool and collected. Good player.

Stralman and Gunnarsson could both make this team easily.

Anyone have any statistics supporting the current Leafs team having the lowest shooting percentage in the history of the league? How few goals the team has scored is mind-blowing. We need to invest in a big ****er to park himself right in front of the goalie and get some tip-in love action...

Not really. He reminds me of a Kenny Jonsson type player. Gangly, good with the puck, good mobility.

Anton Stralman was a thoroughbred who looked like Sergei Fedorov at times.

Blame Beauchemin and Johnny Malkin for the 4th goal.
