You must not be a "real fan". Who lets some stupid assignment prevent them from watching a game? That's ridiculous.

I am 150 words into a 3000 word paper due tomorrow.. Last paper of my undergrad and I can't seem to motivate myself to get it done..

This is why you don't leave options for your final semester.. So hard to care about something you will never think about again..

I know it doesn't seem like it now, but if you go into any kind of graduate studies involving writing, you'll be begging for those days of 3,000 word papers to return.

Ah, the good ol' days...

3000 words is nothing. I am taking a 200 level history class as I had options left to take my final term..

Part of why I can't motivate myself to start is because it is only 3000 words.. Maybe the Oiler game will be boring enough that I will decide to spice up my night and write a paper..

Well I can hope

The 9-1 lose to Detroit last week allowed me to get a lot done

If they play a full sixty minute game with heart and emotion they win this game, a close one 4-3. If not another disheartening loss, 5-2.

I think we lose cuse we've only won 4 times against Edmonton in 16 times at home since the franchise started. Then again, we have that same record against pretty much every team in the league

I'm going out and predicting a loss.
3-1
But it will be one helluva better effort than last game.

PS
Is anyone else having problems with Bell with getting the game on HD?

I dunno.......maybe he was just trying to get Arsene into the line-up. If that's why, then I guess I can forgive him just this once. But still...I feel bad for Patty O, it's not bad enough that he's stuck with slow as shi....t Comrie, now Strudwick's got to join in the fun, too?

I'm a little late to the party but let's go Oilers!!!

Let's hope Strudwick on the forward line gets adjusted and Brule gets moved up. What are they thinking, is beyond me. Nilsson appears he's done as an Oiler, when they won't even put him on in this situation.

4-3 Oilers in OT.
