Andrew Macdonald's season debut

So what do you think? We sure didn't miss Witt tonight. Granted AMac played only 11:44 which is too little for D-man, but he was not bad at all.

He kept it simple and played a good game, also liked him on the 2nd pp unit big upgrade from Gervais.

A meh game.

Nothing too bad but nothing great. You can see that there is raw talent there though.

Probably didn't want to throw him to the wolves. I would suspect if he stays for a bit, his ice time will slowly increase.

I think the Isles are going to have to add a defenseman if they expect to compete for a playoff spot

Macdonald was good huh? I missed the game due to a snow storm knocking out the satellite. The only channel that worked was Kings vs Panthers, so i watched that.

Glad to hear he had a good game.

He was unnoticeable, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Haha I played many a game of hand hockey with Andrew when he was younger. I've been waiting for him to get a game in this year. Good to see. Does he have a chance to stick for the rest of the season?

I thought so...I was just reading a bit about Witt. I hope he makes it. I haven't seen him play much at all since he made the Q. Seems like hes playing very well in Bridgeport...we're missing a local boy in the show since Al MacInnis hung them up!
