Montreal is FLYING. They are sending two and three guys straight INTO Raycroft. Not perimeter shots, not crushing hits away from the play. Just gutsy smallish players heading straight to the net. Very simple, very effective.

They are winning. Notice a connection?

Forget them, watch the Nashville Predators. My 2nd favorite team easily. They never stop.

I want Scott Hartnell on the Ottawa Senators.

Havlat for Hartnell? What do other sens fans think of this?.I think Havlat could net more than Hartnell and Nashville which is already one of the fastest teams in the league only get quicker

Damn Habs lost again. 2nd OT. What a match! Stupid ref's. I think they didnt call it because of the Riberio incident last match. Plus ref have a detency to act a little softer when its OT.

This is why you don't declare a game in the second period or a series in the third game - anything can happen.

re

I proposed Havlat+Lalime for Hartnell+Vokoun a while back on fanhome. I was quickly laughed at.

At least the Habs were in this game and had a chance to put it away. Three goals in one game against one of the better goalies this year. One less than the Sens have all series.

Laughed at by Ottawa fans, if I didn't make that clear.

tough call on that trade, big risk, but I would do it. You have to love Havlat's skill but I am not a big fan of his - he really lacks mental toughness from what I can see as non Sens fan. Kind of a poor man's Palffy.

Not really..at all. He's faster than Palffy, more flashy..and he's only 22. I'd never trade Havlat for Hartnell....he's our future top scorer.

2 big error lead to the habs demise.

1. its habs/canes all over again..late in the game, up by 1, biggest faceoff of the game in their own zone, they have the best faceoff guy in the league. and hes sitting the bench. i dont care what kind of night he is having, its yannic-freaking-perrault, the best faceoff guy in the league, he should be out there no questions asked

2.well, the OT goal was all just a giant mistake.

Palffy's awesome...but I really do think Havlat will be just as good if not better. Only time will tell tho.
