Leafs lead series 2-1

I'm pumped. Don't know why, but I am.

Sens have been shutout 2 games in a row, scored 4 goals in 3 games and are only down 2-1 in the series. Leafs had a must win game in Game 2, Sens have one in Game 4.

Leafs are going to try and repeat their 1st period performance from the last game. Survive the onslaught for the first 10 minutes or so and then counter attack.

I have to say the crowd was awesome in the last game. Loud, strong and did their best to pump up the Sens. Hope they keep it up for this game.

I also heard on the Team1200 that Leschyshyn might replace de Vries. I'm a little surprised by this since while he hasn't done anything good for them, he hasn't cost the team either.

Pity the Sens returned Langfeld to Bingo. Not only does he have size, but good speed as well.

Keys to the game: Traffic, crash the crease, rebounds and the PP. Everything else can stay the same. Let's hope they can repeat their performance in the faceoffs circle.

No idea on what the lineups will be but here's what I'd like to see:

Bondra-Fisher-Alfredsson
Varada-Bonk-Hossa
Smolinski-Spezza-Havlat
Schaefer-White-Neil (Sorry White, but you're just too rusty right now).

This series has been so tight I anticipate a blowout tonight with one or the other teams winning by three or four, or more. I have no idea which team will implode but could make an argument for either.

Can't wish you luck, but I do wish for an injury-free game and a game in which the better team wins.

I expect Sens to come out flying because I think we all know if they lose game four there won't be a game six, but if they win game four it's anybody's series.

I expect a win for the Seantors tonight in a tight game.

That being said, Alfredsson said his team will score so I'm hoping for a final score of 1-0 with the Leafs winning it with 0.1 seconds left on the clock just so I can hear another one of those magical Alfredsson excuses. Something along the lines of someones balance is at fault, the donkey in the upper deck, the Baby in the front row or anything else he can come up with.

Senators play as well as they have this series.
Leaf skaters keep playing the way they have.
Belfour comes back down to earth.

Shots: Sens 52.... Leafs 14
Score: Sens 8.... Leafs 1 (but only if they get a 5 on 3)

News just in. Joe Niewendyk isn't playing tonight. He's returned to T.O. No word why.

4-1 Sens.

Belfour can't hold us up forever, and the few injuries/players playing hurt will catch up to us as Ottawa wins handily.

Ottawa is too good of a team to fall behind 2-1, and they know the importance of tonight.

He's getting too old for this, I think. I'm not going to predict anything...let's just hope they can keep up the hard work and not forget they're playing against another team..not one goalie.

Rats! Looks like my voodoo doll misfired. Hit #25 instead of #20. Oh well, there's always Game #5.

Nieuwendyk is getting an MRI on his back, that's been bothering him since last years NJ playoffs.
